I've had many attempts to reach a customer rep. and NEVER get a live response. I could understand if they got back in a timely manner but sometimes I don't hear back at all! I'm thinking maybe I should not have ordered a weather station from Lacrosse at all since their managers don't seem to really care about their customers! My order #A28586 was supposed to be delivered Jan. 19 and yet I have not received it.
