Service is loisy, i have a technical problem but they will not take my call. Cannot send an E-mail because i need a modle number but it will not accept a modle number.

I have an issue my outside unit continues to use batteries every 2 weeks. User’s recommendation: forget calling, poor service, no service.

Humidity reading way off on brand new unit. No customer service.

Humidity resdings were suspect right out of the box on the Model V50, since we live in an extremely dry climate, and humidity readings both indoor/outdoor were above 50%/60%.
