Unsolved issues that’s going on for months, angry customer

Im a very unhappy customer that is dealing with an ongoing issue with my Maytag wash machine that I purchased January 5th 2019. I made several claims from April until now August and NO ONE can solve the problem by fixing my washing machine. Ive to pay to wash my clothes every week and Asurion do not reimburse. They do not solve the problem at all! they set up appointments without notifying me. All Im asking for is my money back so I can purchase a different wash machine User's recommendation: I don’t recommend Asurion insurances at all.
