Unable to get thru to department

I have tried multiple times over the last few months to get thru to the audiology department. I have been given extensions that do not work once tried. I have used the operator who has forwarded me (somewhere) only to have the phone ring up to 30 times with no answer. I keep hearing from an operator (once I get thru, have to really work to do) that extensions are being changed. Well, to what to? User's recommendation: try very hard to not get pissed off when calling there.
