Terrible service
Just always huge Queues, can't stand it. All the people stand close to each other, no distance and wait an awful lot. To solve this problem, a Australian Post application was created, which would not be so bad if it performed its function. You can pick up a number in the app, and in theory the app shows how long to wait for the call. No time, no time, this time was even close to what was shown. For example, when I picked up that digital number a week ago, the app showed that I had to wait 13 minutes. It takes exactly 10 minutes to find my location. After exactly 10 minutes, I arrived, and in the end I waited another 10 minutes in person without the minutes I spent on the road (20 in total). What is the differenceif you still have to wait in person anyway? : d three times was that the app showed 15 minutes to wait, and already after 5 appeared a notificaiton that called me at the window. How can that be? : d what are they about cool algorithms? Ilona mask algorithm? Thanks, I will no longer use the app. As well as coming to the department and standing close to the other 30 people in anticipation - so so joy.
