Unable to get thru to department

I have tried multiple times over the last few months to get thru to the audiology department. I have been given extensions that do not work once tried. There is one (1) number to call the Atlanta VA Medical Center; 404 321-****. With that being the case, why is the phone not working? I attempted to call this number several times this morning.

When I attempted to call the Atlanta VA medical center to get an appointment for radiological appointment for a CT scan ordered by my doctor the number rang once and then nothing. Very annoyed.

Spent 3 days and over 2 hours each day trying to get someone to answer the phones, this is obnoxious to have to wait and still get no answer. User’s recommendation: take a nerve pill before calling to get a answer with issues.

Beware of horrible Service

Beware of the service at the VA Medical Center in Atlanta! The service provided is horrible! Appointments are cancel and/or changed without notification. Wait time to make appointments is more than 2 hours. Even before COVID 19 the provides where lazy and use bureaucracy to stale treatment or medication. Never put the patients care as top priority....
