Not able to use card

Im not able to use my card online or in shops I havent had a reply back yet i sent them an email about half 8 this morning
I have money stuck in my pockit account and ive emailed them and ive done what they have asked me to do and my account is still not been the same. I can see my money but i cant take it out.

Funds locked

I have sent my verification documents more than 5 times now. However, you still decide to not speak to me and keep hold of my funds. I have taken legal action and contacted FCA and other ombudsman companies to get back my funds.
