They told me their computer systems are down for two weeks now with regard to returned orders. I am getting billed for two items I returned at the beginning of June. They tell me They cannot access my account until the system is fixed. I have spent three hours on this issue already. Im also getting late fees on my payment request which I dont have a payment due because I returned the items, but they dont know that, because their system is down, I find it difficult to believe a big company like Cedars has a computer issue that they have allowed to go on for two weeks
