I have sent multiple emails & called the customer service line with no response. I only received half of the items I paid for and it’s been over a month. The packing list confirms that the 40oz basin mugs ($56 worth) were not shipped. SO FRUSTRATING!
Tal contacted me asking me to send them a photo of the issue. I did, and havent heard from them since. Very poor customer service!! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy their products.

I have sent three request for information on how to replace a broken lid on their 18oz SS Coffee mug (WM 1601). NO response. I have called their customer service/tech support number, left message NO response or call back….. Where’s the help. Simple request for assistance….NO simple assistance.
