Refund of my money please

My full name is Iyonna Ridgeway, conformation #8684**** & my cancellation #91315**** I bought this room on February 19th 2021 but I never got to stay because I wasn't aware that the check in & out time was 2pm... so I was told that I had to wait outside and wait until so check in time which at the time was 11 -12 p.m. on Feb 19. Then I was told I had to contact choice hotels for my money back or whatever, so that's what I did. I canceled my room at 12:53 am the next morning after running around the city trying to find a room, I told them I was 6 months pregnant and I had been driving all day but moral of the story I've been asking for a refund since 2/21 & its nearly a month or two later! That I've been waiting.. can someone please help me please its obvious that I spent $65.40 on this room and did not stay at the residence.. I just want my money back.. I've been through a lot already.. oh yes someone told me that the hotel did not charge me because the room was cancelled.. even after you guys see the confirmation number and cancellation which would mean that I paid my money in order to Retrieve the room but did not stay there so now I can't get my money back.
