May 3 2021 I brought my uncle for blood work he had a thirty minute wait so he had to use the restroom. No one was at the front desk so I opened the door and asked if he could use it she was old me and him to go and sit down. He just found out he has cancer again and cant speak and he is a fall risk. I am not going to stop complaining about the tech with the blue braids at the lab on Beechmont ave at 3:00 pm yesterday I am going back there today and openly complain
