I ordered from secret extensions about 3 years ago . I like the product and never had an issue . I decided to order from them again - what a mistake it was. I ordered my product about a month ago and still hasn’t been shipped yet . When I emailed them they said there is a big demand for this product and that I would receive an email notification when it ships. It hasn’t yet . I also emailed to see if I could add another product to my order and no one responds to the emails. It’s too bad. I won’t be ordering from them again .
