We keep receiving these emails claiming that we owe a maintenance fee, and have ignored them because they are not accurate, and are fraudulently attributing debt to our good name. Years ago, we opted for a time-share at the krystal-cancun-b121187">Krystal Cancun that was GUARANTEED NOT TO HAVE maintenance fees. Furthermore, we were solicited by Rafael Septien for an additional $10, 000.00 investment that was supposed to earn us a return on our money. We didn't know at the time that this was actually illegal for him to do. We paid over $10, 000 and after several email exchanges with Rafael Septien, we realized that we would never see a return on our money. We never stayed at their RIPOFF Resort again and now, a decade later, we are getting invoices for maintenance fees. We have the original contract which states NO Maintenence fees EVER. We even have a hand written statement from Rafael Septien stating that we would see a return on our additional investment of $10, 000. These con-artists get away with their crimes because they are based in Mexico and there seems to be little that can be done here in the United States. My wife and I are retired now so I plan to spend my days exposing their fraudulent practices on every online venue that I can if they don't make things right and they don't stop ripping Americans off! Don't spend your money with them and maybe their nasty reputation will lead to closure. I doubt it, but one can only hope!
