A Collection booked on your website

I thought I booked a collection, Tuesday, 20th July for a parcel to be picked up from my house at PO20 3GU to be despatched to South Korea. I waited in all day for someone to collect (UPS, if I'm not mistaken) and no-one arrived. I don't appear to have a Tracking Number so maybe I didn't click properly on the required collection date so a collection wasn't therefore initiated. Full payment has been taken from my bank account so I must have made a booking. I can't track the booking as I don't have a tracking number (please provide so I can re-book). Could you please advise current status?
