I thought I booked a collection, Tuesday, 20th July for a parcel to be picked up from my house at PO20 3GU to be despatched to South Korea. Terrible service when parcel lost

My parcel was collected by Parcel Force booked through Parcel Hero, I paid the extra insurance. Subsequently my parcel was wrongly delivered and then lost, I am out of pocket £400 plus the cost of shipping.
