Change departure time

was never able to connect with a live person from Cheap Tickets (no customer service whatsoever) very bad business practice when you need to make and adjustment

I am trying to speak to an agent, and the only phone numbers provided are in the US, while i am in the UK, and the waiting time for calls is 45 mintues. Not aceptable at international rates.

Trying to get a refund on a flight booked for 2020 for the one non US citizen in a party of 4 not currently able to travel to the US with the others in the party.
