No instructions or hardware included

No help have to fill out paperwork after being on phone. Cant give me size of bolts needed so I can just fix the issue myself and have to go through Amazon for a full return exchange User’s recommendation: Do not buy unless at a local store.

Product Designed to Fail

Purchased a mattress from them three years ago. The mattress cover is now very loose and unusable. Reached out for a replacement.
