Las Colinas Location

I am a regular customer and visit Gloria’s at least once a week. The manager Ulysis is a terrible manager. We were there last night 5/22 at about 8:30 and went to the bar and the restaurant almost empty… There was (supposedly) a bartender there but, he could not even speak English and was only helping customers...
