We’ve hauled a drop trailer load with XPO with drop time between 48 to 72 hours. In the meanwhile receiver gave us offloading time of 5 days and not less than that. And told that XPO knew about that too. XPO re-assured us that it would not be the case… Needless to say, that trailer was empty...

We ordered freight through a 3rd party logistics company using XPO Logistics as the freight carrier. The tracking on XPO Logistics kept showing the crate in California with a particular delivery date, but every day they would move that delivery date out another day and…
