Something is wrong with the phomeix hub. They have been holding my product hostage on a truck for 7 days. THIS IS A WILL CALL. They tell me it will be ready for pickup then when I Cal back it isn't. They lie to you and tell you things that don't happen. They say they over capcitated, well then LET ME PICK IP MY PRODUCT to take some out!!! How are you a public company?!?!? This is not how you do buisness and I will tell all of my vendors to NEVER ship with this company ever again. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
