I called XPO @ 11:40 and they proceeded to tell me that they were no longer scheduling pickups for the day. This is the only company in all of my history of doing logistics that stops taking orders for the day before noon. Crazy!! Only using them as a third-party shipment would never use this company regularly....

This company is total garbage. Send 2 guys with attitudes out to my house to deliver and install refrigerator. Show up with attitude in rented Enterprise truck with nothing on it but my fridge. They had no tools, no dolly, no blankets or tarps, nothing! Just 2 guys in…
You were to show at 12:00 to 3:00 pm, you showed at 8:30 am. You dropped and ran, failed to assemble, as was quoted in emails. Additionally, there was a lack of assembly parts etc. I want and demand that my delivery charge be refunded. User’s recommendation: Do not use this service or company!
Ordered a dishwasher from best buy. I was given a 11-1 timeframe for them to show up. At 1:10 they called and said they were not coming and I could re-schedule in 2 weeks. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
