Promised delivery of motor by 7-10, then 7-12, then “out for delivery” on 7-13. Never delivered until 7-14. I did not choose them and will never. User’s recommendation: do not use if timing important.

For the 2nd time, we’ve had to cancel installations and send employees home because of XPO’s inability to give us accurate information. Tracking information on-line has been totally inaccurate. Past shipments from a repeating supplier would take 3 or 4 days. Notifications from both shipments started changing on day 5 with daily updates stating delivery the next...
