Part missing weed trimmer

Ordered worx trimmer off eBay .Did not even get to use it .It was missing screw that holds handle and when I reached out to them and after numerous attempts no help. User’s recommendation: Buyer’s beware.

Phone numbers wrong or loooong waits to speak to customer service

I have free batteries for life for two tools, but the phone number to call for them was incorrect and/or exceptionally long waits to speak to someone. After 5 calls, I was finally able to leave my number and someone called me to resolve the issue. They are sending new tools.

Chainsaw wg303.1 replacement parts not available

WORX still sells this saw. There is a plastic gear that drives the chain. If the chain gets pinched, this gear instantly strips and the saw just spins. The replacement gear used to be $8, but now it is “obsolete” and “no longer available” (part# 5001****). So the whole saw goes into the trash. WTF. Also their... Read more➤

Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced.
