I never received order confirmation

Customer service said it was shipped so I guess thats similar to an order confirmationI think they should send a confirmation as soon as the order is placed User’s recommendation: Send order confirmation.

I got a weed wacker last summer they replaced my 40 volt one with20 volt one I havent even had it a year and the battery and charger wont work

My weed wacker they replaced was working fine now it wont charge They replaced my 40 volt one with a 2o volt they said this was a better one replacing the one i had User’s recommendation: Buy a better brand.

CANT ORDER FREE STRING FOR WEEDEATER

Complain about Command Feed on the Workx weed wacker

Have bought numerous Workx items and love them all………UNTIL they came out with Command Feed. Called to complain, was given “reset” instructions for the weed wacker. That was worthless.
