Terrible customer resonse times

multiple attempts to contact. call back takes 24 hours. customer service hours are not posted correctly.. chat response said 32 minutes..no response after a full hour. been trying to get a part ordered for a week. great product *** and inconvenient support User’s recommendation: patience.

Upset with no response from company after several attempts

Item broke after one use. Trying to contact company for replacement parts with no help from them after several attempts and leaving messages User’s recommendation: Buy locally so item can be returned.

My blower for the second time stopped working. And I can’t get the screw out to replace saw

Ive had multiple problem with all my Worx Tool. Some had to replace under warranty and 1 use after getting it back it the same problem again. Plus I use it way under what its supposed to work. Yeah Im pissed its the season and Im down. *~# Worx User’s recommendation: I wont.
