Poor service, couriers do not call and work carelessly

During the month, two orders were placed from different places, which are initially delivered to Melbourne by dhl and later hand it over to Itella for delivery to the final address. Each order was sent to a different address (one to the apartment, the other to the workplace). While waiting for the order both times, it does not arrive and only later looking at the tracking number, it appears that there were several consolations to deliver, but the recipient is not reachable. Very strange, when the courier has not called more than once, the security guards are always on site and there is no news that someone will have arrived. There is a feeling that when the courier arrives and cannot get to the door immediately, it automatically marks that the supplier cannot be reached even without calling the mobile. If you had not followed the shipping number, your orders would go back. Had to call dhl, who says that lv territories are responsible for the delivery of itella and only by calling them to the office they woke up and promise to deliver the next day. For the first time, I had to go to the courier to receive the order.
