I have been trying to contact wirex regarding access to my account but I have not been able to get any replies. The app needed updating and has since been stuck in a loop saying checking verification and the verification complete. Then loops back again. Hi, Since at least a month I am trying to get my address verified. It went smoothly the first time when I got the WIREX card. But now, whatever I send, it gets turned down.
