Parking rates

On 28 July 2021 I parked on level 2. At the access boom I saw flashing signals saying “Drop Off”, as well as (importantly) the number of bays available for parking. It is against the law to make people pay for exorbitant fees without warnings or Informing them prior. We demand refund for our R4389 fees paid today at 21h50 at the airport for parking at level 2. Poor service

I would like to share my unpleasant experience in ordering an item in the store 1shop.info. I wanted to order a microwave. I placed the order on 17.05. The seller's info indicates that the product will be delivered within 5 - 15 working days. Respectively 6.06 is the last time when the product should be delivered. I contacted the company for the first time on 27.05 to be interested in fulfilling the order, because the company itself had not contacted. The employee informed that there must be an order within 3 weeks. I also counted on that date. 08.06. when the deadline had already passed, the staff contacted me and informed me that only now I was placing an order, which surprised me, because the order had to be delivered already on 06.06. Of course, I was dissatisfied, but I informed that I would like to receive the shipment.Employees informed that the order will be only 13.06. I informed him that I would wait for the order. However, on 10.06 I received an SMS stating that the product will not be delivered. I am shocked by this attitude. 1shop.info makes you wait for the product for a month and in the end the product is not delivered yet, but the customer is misled that the product will be delivered. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the store's attitude towards customers.
