Frustrated w/ double billine for two years

I was double billed through out 2019 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 2020 When I called the company to report it, I was refunded for six months on one account. I was asking that all of the payments on one account be refunded. Reasonable! I wasn’t asking that I get full refund on both accounts. User’s recommendation: Monitor your credit card.

Not worth high cost

They recently changed up their program and no longer want to focus on weight loss but on wellness. They push and suggest all sorts of additional expensive subscription services. Staff are very unhelpful and only respond with a corporates scripted response that is never helpful.
