Forgot about renewal and they would not refund me and quite rude about it as well. Definitely not the kind of customer service I am used to and they will never get my business again

I am writing because I am very upset about WW closing the Chillicothe, Ohio WW in person meeting . This was a very well attended meeting that included all the surrounding area. I personally drove 45 m

I personally have been attending this meeting since 2009 and driving 45 minutes e Rey week because I enjoyed attending this meeting and the leaders And leaders it provided . I am considering quitting WW because it seems like you really dont care about your members anymore !
