Fed ex has not delivered my furniture and my expected delivery was July 6. They said you guys have to file the claim so they can investigate the situation
The CS Rep was very kind and helpful. The company that is to ship my sofa sucks. I placed my order on May 1, 2021 and my sofa has not been shipped out yet and it is now July 17, 2021. Third backordered now saying July 28,202. Not fair to me.

Received a recliner chair that is impossible to recline! You use the arms to push back and it just won't push. We tried everything. The only way to get it to go back is to lift the footrest, which one cannot do when you are in the chair. It is junk and defective. Customer service told me...

Poor service
Hello. I want to say a very big Fuj service representative. We ordered pizza and drinks, gave glasses all clean except one, all dirty with white precipitates. To the world, their employee immediately replies unkindly that all the glasses are clean and that she does not wash her hands, but the machine. Brought in place another it with dirty. I would recommend thinking about how to serve customers, I do not pay money for a dirty glass. A very unkind woman. Later, a woman sat down at our table, again that unkind staff passed by and told the woman to shout that she should not sit if there was such a long line that she has nowhere to put food. Who is interested in it? The man sat down and took his place where the problem. Disgusting person. The rest of the staff are golden people, smiling and kind :)
