Horrible customer service..

Multiple call attempts on hold for over 20 minutes and then disconnected. Online chat request ignored for over an hour. Absolutely horrible customer service attitude. User’s recommendation: Do not sign their contracts… impossible to discontinue charges.

At least once a month or more they do not pick up my trash. Will not pick up until the next scheduled week.

Totally disappointment

Was not told how billing works or about paying for the container. Have been calling for a month to have service canceled. Given the runaround by reps and a supervisor. Was told they would call me back. Did not happen. Requested service canceled still not canceled. Want to charge for pickup of container and gas for pickup.... Read more ➤

Poor servive

3 weeks of missed service. No supervisors or managers return calls. Ive been a customer for over 15 years. Today I cancelled. Dont do business with them! User’s recommendation: Don’t do business with Waste Management.

Unhappy customer and I want others to know how bad it is
