Did not pick up recycling

My recycling had cardboard in it the lid would not close, so they did not pick it up. I recycle all I can to be green and some weeks I don’t even put out my trash, since I try to be green. Waste Manage says they are green ! But it is just BS, they don’t care... Read more ➤

I sent them a check over $1000 by mistake. The customer service acknowledged that they received my check. But it take 3 to 4 calls to even the supervisory department and still all kinds of excuses

Waste Management does not pick up garbage period.

Just do what we are paying you to do PICK UP OUR GARBAGE on the scheduled days. We have been with Waste MisManagement since 1988 and have never had such terrible service. This has been going on since the onset of the Chinese Virus. Just do your job.
