Trying to get new meters replaced because they are leaking gas, and I have tried three times to get the issue resolved! But, no luck…
Paid gas bill, zero balance, after which wssc started playing games, first excuse they told me was my money didnt post, this went on for two days, called my bank money was processed. Years ago I worked at a call center that had Washington Gas as a client. Their ‘overflow calls’ were automatically switched to our lines. The extra work gets done ‘free’ by employees that Washington Gas doesn’t have to pay etc. etc. Nice maneuver in tight-assedness, WG!
