Gas turn off Thursday with no call or note left at the door, call them make appointment for Friday, technician did not call. , no note left at the door again. Now my gas not getting turn on till Monday. It a 0 balance bill. Terrible service in Hyattsville area
Update by user Aug 23, 2018 Ironically, a week after posting this, I received an email stating they had fixed the billing and would send an updated invoice. I checked online and the updated invoice with all previous amounts was there. I was finally able to send the bill to my tenants. Issue resolved a whole year... Read more➤
I was doing paperless billing with washington gas, and they suddenly closed my account and opened the new one. They did not notify me by any mean, and they even skipped a month for sending a billing statement.
