You sold me a car with Bab brake system!

Bought a certified car with bad brake system. Very unhappy. Call in about it and your not fixing my brakes. So I would not recommend buying a new or used car from dealership. Senior taken total advantage by gaslighting during a service call.

Purchased extend service plan on my 2019 VW convertible Beetle was told I didn’t need the roadside service or rental car, I have always had these services covered in my policies. Not respect contract

They made us spend a week of embarrassment. It was a fraud since we had a contract and they backed down. We called the corporate and yet no response. We haven’t been contacted at all. Due to all this, we’re not view from the company. User’s recommendation: Never.
