The next day, an e-mail arrives informing you that the product has been delivered to the store and can be picked up. On the day of delivery, it was not possible to take the product home, so I picked it up the day later, when the transport was arranged. By presenting the order information in the store, you confirm that everything is in order and such an order has been received. The seller goes to the warehouse to pick up the goods, but they are not there, as well as in the other warehouse. When trying to find out how it can be, it turns out that when ordering a product, the comment should indicatethat you want it unused and packaged. This was followed by a series of reservations that contradicted each other, and the question of why the shelf TV was a different color than the one just ordered. I don't know where the TV I ordered stayed, but at least I could call and inform him that it wasn't there, the store could not wait to take it straight off the shelf for the full amount without proof that it stood there for 2 days instead of years. >
