Someone coming into my apartment. The alarm is not going off. Vivint cannot solve the problem and will not cancel the contract. The intruder comes in and puts spots on the carpet, furniture and clothes.
Need to replace the alarm holder on the doggie door it keeps falling off. I have attempted to replace without success.
Cameras don’t come on. Unable to monitor my house away from home. Playback space monkey system does not work. Total junk. They have even admitted their equipment is not as nice as Costco cameras. And cost more. User’s recommendation: My recommendation is stay away from Vivint.
This has the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Your representatives lie, don’t know what’s going on, don’t make appropriate notes of calls. I have been scammed out of money. The next day, an e-mail arrives informing you that the product has been delivered to the store and can be picked up. On the day of delivery, it was not possible to take the product home, so I picked it up the day later, when the transport was arranged. By presenting the order information in the store, you confirm that everything is in order and such an order has been received. The seller goes to the warehouse to pick up the goods, but they are not there, as well as in the other warehouse. The guy goes to consult another seller and after a quiet conversation the two shyly announce that my TV is the one standing on the shelf turned on for viewing. It was brought and put there. When trying to find out how it can be, it turns out that when ordering a product, the comment should indicatethat you want it unused and packaged. This was followed by a series of reservations that contradicted each other, and the question of why the shelf TV was a different color than the one just ordered. I don't know where the TV I ordered stayed, but at least I could call and inform him that it wasn't there, the store could not wait to take it straight off the shelf for the full amount without proof that it stood there for 2 days instead of years. >
