I received 2 dresses in separate packages and both are too large and one is not the color I ordered. I need to return both. Please advise as to how to accomplish this.
Just cancel it all ! Holapick has charged me for for *** I did not order. Have fussed about this long enough and very disappointed in lack of professionalism. My mother didnt receive her dress in time for a gathering User’s recommendation: Don’t buy unless you actually speak with someone.
The items were shipped except for one which I canceled since they will not tell me what it was. Hoping to see a refund on my master card. The other items will be received within the next ten days. User’s recommendation: I’m not sure.
Lied to customer and charged me when I cancelled order. I got an email that they canceled order, but I just received my bill and they charged me.
