I’m disappointed on the disregard for customers and the failure to respect customer’s time and loyalty.

Today I reserved a U-Box container online. After when I went to check my U-Haul app account, no reservation was posted. I chatted and emailed them. They wrote back saying I did not have a reservation. I also spent a lot of time calling them, but no one responds. User's recommendation: Be patient and be aware of the long wait time to reach customer service if and when you talk to someone!
