The starter assembly on this model has failed due to defective starter pawls. I chatted with the company and then talked with a CSR. Pull start will not engage. Second time this has occurred. It has had very little use. Troy built sucks dont buy one its a complete waste of money. I will never have another Troy built device User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Troy built equipment.
