Lack of human support in uk

Not open and PlayStation bots are no help

Cant log into my PS4 network since Friday night. Doesnt recognize my email or my online id. My phone app has me logged out as well. Tried several times with PlayStation bot. Worthless. Need a live person. User’s recommendation: Live operators. 24/7.
