Billing for services not being used after requesting to shut it off

I have repeatedly ask to have service terminated since February the phone has been paid off and I no longer needed service. I am still getting billed for services not being used.the phone is broken and not using it. User’s recommendation: Sprint is expensive and more than I wanted to pay.

Unlock a phone on your network

I have a phone that is paid off but still locked to the sprint network and because the account was not paid ln full because of disputed transactions, they refuse to unlock the 1000 device User’s recommendation: DONT BUY CARRIER LOCKED PHONES FROM ANY CARRIER ALWAYS ASK.
