Serious operational deficiencies in Customer Service

I have to replace my phone and nothing that has been instructed has worked. No results. Everything that they instructed was to kick the can and no delivery of customer service. User’s recommendation: Forget about sprint and Tmobile. Go to ATT.

They tell you they will handle this and that in a regular basis and the next month the bill never reflects what they said. Everyone says something different. They lie all the time.
