Items not received – idiots for customer service

I ordered 2 brand new, state of the art phones. The phones were not delivered by the date and time. I called TMobile they ‘FORGOT’ to ask for my apartment number. Today Friday – phones to be delivered TUESDAY!! Truly PISSED!!!!! User’s recommendation: buy from someone ELSE.
