Overpayment/refund

I paid my rental storage charges in full and on time. I moved out one week later and Public Storage refuses to refund my overpayment or even reply to my letters. The public storage location used has thrown away my items before, when a se unity breach happened and they took it upon themselves to believe it was “just junk”. Charged twice for August. Can’t get ahold of anyone. This is rediculous. I’m going to cancel storage. Why can’t people get a hold of someone.

Automatically renews contract without consent

Always renew contract for 2 years by emailing contract. How can a contract be extended and people be forced to receive services only from Optus! All Easter there was no tv and internet, some kind of accident, and yesterday on May 4 again in an accident, promised to prevent May 8, I meet without internet and tv in 4 days, for which you have to pay! Meet together in 6 days, almost a week! Tiesas Street 42, Kauguru!
