I cannot find any route to transfer my 2020 tickets for the 2021 event I’ve been trying for weeks…no answers no service!!! Horrible siyuation

We are in Philly and headed to a ball game. Purchased tickets on Monday for a Sunday game. Ticketmaster app says tickets to be delivered on Wed Aug 18th. Call center is supposed to be open on saturday and sunday and is not open. User’s recommendation: Stay away.
In 2019, we bought 4 tickets through the ticketmaster for the Coachella festival. we paid about $ 4.5k. so far we have not received any tickets or money back. Moreover, tickets have disappeared on my ticketmaster account. all attempts to get a refund were unsuccessful. User’s recommendation: Never buy anything from ticketmaster.
Update by user Aug 15, 2021 Never heard from Ticketmaster on the real issue, which was that I could not click sell tickets, and could not reach a live person to help me resolve this issue, leaving me unable to sell my tickets.
