Online didnt allow me to purchase 3 seats where I wanted because it would leave 1 empty in the entire row??? And at check out I was unable to click to purchase preferred parking.
They Forced credit voucher for slightly higher than the dollar amount I paid for the tickets (my original costs were $30 service fee and another 30$ for insurance- where I should get a REFUND if the concert is canceled.) Pls call me at 978423****. Patriot transfer to you as the way to sell there ticket. We have always use stub hub with no issues, cant figure out what has sold and what still is available, User’s recommendation: Worst customer service and no support.
