Poor exchange rules

Ordered a bracelet and received the wrong one. Wanted to exchange for the one I wanted and had purchased at 30% off. I emailed customer service and was told they dont do exchanges. So now if I want to get the right bracelet, I have to order at regular price and pay for shipping again??? Whats wrong... Read more➤

I have not got my order it have now been six weeks if you cannot give my order ,return my money back they are still taken money ofter my card. I don’t know you tell me .this order is ear rings. I have ever this problem before.
Have a $100 gift card that was not accepted. They could not tell me balance wants me to email number to get new card but cant tell me how long this will take. User’s recommendation: Bad business.
I receved a gift card from this place but cant find any store open, why is that and how can I use my card? Have your place of business open and a address to get to. Phone number would be helpful too. Thank you

Poor Service

A week ago, I ordered a package from Monki's website and marked the point where I received the Dpd. Today, trying to track, I see that the package will be here soon, but after three hours everything changes and a message appears - the shipment failed to be delivered. I have not received any calls or messages as to why this has happened. If you didn't look at yourself, you wouldn't know anything. I wrote a complaint, hopefully something will change, but I haven't received the message yet.
