Unable to get tickets

I have been trying to accept tickets that were transferred by email on the ticketmaster site and the site keeps crashing. Very poor customer service, never answered

Cant save tickets on my phone

No one picked up saying to call back during business hours. You are on business hours so not sure what is happening. Awful service.

Unable to upgrade seats easily

I wanted to upgrade my tickets and was having problems doing this through the mobile app. Customer service is not available on the phone. For the amount of upcharge from Ticketmaster, I would expect better customer service. Not a happy fan.
